Mr. Sibaja is an attorney with extensive experience in immigration law, real estate, telecommunications, corporate and commercial law. Excellent skills in the investigative area, provided advice to local and international companies with a focus on providing direct advice to clients from an Immigration Law perspective, providing direct advice to corporate and individual clients on Immigration Law, in processes such as company registrations, temporary and permanent Residencys, visas, among others. As well, with a vast experience of complex regulatory issues, obtaining permits and licenses for telecommunications and Infrastructure companies and provide creative solutions to balance business needs with the regulatory framework.
